An elegant and distinguished character comes to life and takes you on a journey to the architectural jewels of Cartagena. Your narrator on this soundwalk is Luis Felipe Jaspe, creator of the famous tower clock and many other monuments in Cartegena. The tour begins in a street named after him, where he points out the house where he used to live. He will also show you the house of his old neighbour, the famous poet known as Tuerto Lopez. As you walk through the city, you will see and hear special comments and highlights about the tower clock. As you walk through the city at your own pace, you will discover the stories of the martyrs executed by Murillo. You will learn about Cartagena's republican past and discover the features of colonial and republican architecture. The audio tour ends in Cabrero, in front of the church where Rafael Nuñez, former president of Colombia and author of the national anthem, is buried.
