This 5-hour private culinary experience will allow you to see one of the most authentic scenes of the city, the people and the local food, the Bazurto Public Market, the most appropriate place to obtain the ingredients that we will use in the preparation of our dishes Such as : Coconut Rice, Patacones, Fresh Salad, Sea Bass Ceviche, Garlic Prawns, Octopus, Lobster and Fried Fish (Our clients can choose three proteins). This Experience was specially designed for those who enjoy Local cuisine with the help of a traditional chef who will teach you in detail the step by step process to achieve an exquisite dish.
Dress code is smart casual. May be operated by a multi-lingual guide. Please advise any specific dietary requirements at time of booking. A minimum of 2 people per booking is required
The meeting is at 8:00 a.m. or 45 minutes after the ship arrival.
Zone 1 at the pier in the Cartagena cruise port. Directions: upon disembarkation, walk approximately 500 feet along the pier to Zone 1 (where the containers are). A representative will be waiting for you here wearing a polo labeled 'Guianza Express SAS' and holding a sign with your name on it. He/she will then walk you to the bus/staging area (10-15 minute walk). A vehicle will be parked in the parking area of the cruise ship pier. Please DO NOT take the shuttle bus.
