If you arrive at the Rionegro airport and your destination is Medellín, it is important that you know the two main options to get to the city. The first is through the Eastern tunnel, which offers a shorter and more direct route to the hotel zone, lasting approximately 40 minutes. If you suffer from claustrophobia, we recommend taking the Las Palmas route, which is longer and lasts approximately 1 hour.
At the Rionegro airport, you can connect to the WiFi once you have passed through immigration, which will allow us to stay in touch. The airport has two exits: one for domestic flights and another for international flights. We recommend you stay in these areas to facilitate your location.
For your comfort, we have staff at the airport who will be monitoring your flight. Once you land, our representative will be waiting for you right outside the arrival gate, identified with a sign with your name. He will guide you to meet your assigned driver.
If your return is from Medellín to the Rionegro airport, we recommend that you be at the hotel reception 10 minutes before the agreed time. It is important to verify that your flight departs from the Rionegro airport, since Medellín has two airports.
