How does it work?
From the airport:
We will contact you through whatsapp to coordinate with you the meeting point. If it is not possible to communicate by this means, an official will look for you at the exit of the flight with a sign with your name.
From the hotel:
According to the information of the flight provided and taking into account departure time and if it is national or international your pick-up time may vary from 4 to 2 hours before the departure time of the flight. This will help you get to the airport with enough time.
On the day of the trip we will assign you a pick-up time with a margin of 15 minutes, this means that the vehicle could arrive 15 minutes before or after the scheduled time, we ask you to be at the exit of your hotel.
