Accessibility:
* the attraction is wheelchair-accessible, but a maximum of 3 wheelchairs in total is allowed in the building at any one time; disabled guests pay the standard price while their carer can enter free of charge
Know in advance:
* please fill in correctly all passports' information at time of booking
* infants aged 0-5 years or less than 1.40 metres tall can visit the museum for free, but must show their passport at the entrance
* entry to the attraction is only at the time shown on your e-ticket; you will need to scan your e-ticket at the main entrance before the start of your tour
* although the doors close after last admission, guests already inside the building can take their time to explore Madame Tussauds at a relaxed pace
