The driver would be waiting for you at the South exit of arrival hall, holding the Mr. Orange sign and the placard with your name on it, which is very easy to be recognized.
There are two exit each train,South and North,If you come out from the norht exit,pls call me,I will inform the driver look for you. -
We provide up to 1 hour free waiting time , Counting from the train actual arrival time.
If you don't show up during the waiting time and cannot be contacted,you will miss your car and receive no refund.
Overtime waiting fee: (USD5 or RMB35 PER half hour Per car) ,please pay cash to the driver
3.the hotel should be located in the city downtown(within the middle ring road of Shanghai ), there would be a little extra charge for out of range.
