Siguniang: June-August and October, and one more day of acclimatization - the hiking in Changping Valley which improves the summit success rate and team experience.

Important information
Public transportation options are available nearby. Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries. Not recommended for pregnant travelers. Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health. Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness. 18-60 years old, the member must physically fit to the climbing sports, any major physical injuries, undergone surgery, chronic disease etc information must declare. Prior high altitude hiking and camping experience would be a plus.
