A fascinating journey around the waist of Santiago, the pre-Andean route that will take you through the city’s history and culture. We’ll start in the charming Barrio Los Dominicos, where you’ll discover the local history and architecture. We’ll continue to the historic Casona Santa Rosa de Las Condes, the home of Chile’s first president, and then visit the Museo de la Chilenidad to immerse ourselves in Chilean folklore, traditional costumes, and local craftsmanship.
As we proceed, you’ll enjoy a stunning panoramic view of Santiago from Cerro Calán, perfect for capturing the sunset with a 360-degree view. The day will culminate at the Centro Artesanal Los Dominicos, where an artisan will teach you how to create your own watercolor using natural colors extracted from the Andes. To finish, you’ll savor a delicious traditional Chilean snack.
