Service animals allowed. Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap. Suitable for all physical fitness levels. The duration of the tour includes transfer times between areas, free hours, time at each attraction and lunch during the tour. The legal age to drink alcohol in Chile is 18 years old. The In Situ vineyard closes its doors on Sundays, wine tasting is included in another stop on the tour. During the winter months direct access to the lake shore is not permitted for safety reasons.. In winter season, the lunch stop on Saturdays is not held at the Portillo hotel because the restaurant remains closed to the public
