This ceremony is taking place is most beautiful 5 star holistic Hotel of Zermatt with view on Matterhorn.

It is special join of outdoor activity and indoor relax based on ancient slavic- norwegian sauna ceremony style provided privately (sauna is only for you in this time) and guided by terapist Martaline

In summer - in our lake is no ICE. In winter, the lake is frozen and we maintain the ice plunge.

The sauna itself is outdoor nomadic style (not little as sweat lodge but more bigger and luxurious)

The relax afterwards can be enjoyed in mongolian yurt or relax rooms.
The guided ceremony takes apr. 120 Minutes (2 hours)

From Zermatt Train Station, you can walk direction of the Sunnega Mountain train and take the lift up to the resort. Zermatt is car-free. You can also get an electrical taxi or walk.
