Chamonix is the central town within the valley.
Unlike many ski resorts, the town was not purpose built but blossomed from a small mountain village when two young English aristocrats visited the Priory of Chamonix in 1741. Their tales of the beautiful landscapes and glaciers resulted in multiple tourists coming to admire the Mer de Glace and Mont Blanc.

Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller. Public transportation options are available nearby. Suitable for all physical fitness levels. Our tour will take place every day, under any weather conditions, but Keytours - cannot guarantee the functionality of the cable car and the train.. If activities are close, you will be alternative activities or partial refund ( we don't refund the transport). The cable is not allowed for babies under 3, pregnant women, travelers with heart problems but the train is fine
