Where Rue Port Dauphin ends and Rue des Remparts starts (nearby Côte de la Montagne and Rue de Buade), there's a park (Montmorency). There, on the side of it, you'll see a big grey pedestal with a man on the top, a man on the bottom left and a womand with kids on the bottom right. That's the Louis-Hébert monument and it's the meeting location.
If you see the statue of Laval or Cartier, you're not far away.
