What To Expect
Quebec boasts one of the most unique agricultural and artisan foodscape of any city or region in North America. This experience gives diners and guests an intimate and expert introduction to this savory world. Curated by a global award-winning Chef, scholar, and food writer, we will explore all facets of local food culture via craft and small producers. This includes farmhouse cheeses, local charcuterie, artisan breads, wildflower honeys, and (as an add-in) regional French wines. IT takes place, depending the season, in a park/farmer's market or an 1800's kitchen in the famed Old Port.
