What To Expect
Small Group tours. Join others or bring your group of pals. We depart with 4- 12 people per vehicle for your comfort. We save your seat. End of night no need to stand in long lines in the cold for the big bus tours. Just hop in our warm Vehicle we'll be waiting for you. This night features so many colourful lights, carollers, ice skating and festive fare—Christmas is a cheerful time of year at The Gardens. Experience the Magic of Christmas at The Gardens for yourself: bundle up and wander through our Twelve Days of Christmas display, sing along to the sounds of the season then warm yourself with a hot chocolate and gingerbread by the fire.

Service animals allowed. Public transportation options are available nearby. Suitable for all physical fitness levels. Children must be accompanied by an adult- Age 5 or older. We do NOT provide car seats and all passengers must be able to wear a seat belt.. Operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately. You may if available rent a Wheel Chair at Butchart Gardens with small returnable depsosit fee, though you MUST have someone to push you as the gardens are accessible they can be a challenge in some areas.. zero storage in our vehicles, designed to carry passenger only.. NO FOOD OR DRINK IN OUR VEHICLES PLEASE. PLEASE BE READY 15 MIN PRIOR TO DEPARTURE TIME FOR PICKUP ALONG ROUTE. We do NOT service all hotels, call to check. We do NOT service the Delta Marriott for example
