What to remember
Important info
Service animals allowed. Suitable for all physical fitness levels. Refunds will not be issued if tour/activity is missed due to late or non-arrival of cruise ship. A moderate amount of walking is involved. Comfortable walking shoes are recommended. All riders must use a seatbelt. We do not provide transportation for SMALL children due to car seats and seatbelt regulations. We have zero storage for wheelchairs or strollers or large packages. No space for luggage. If you have luggage, please leave it with your hotel bellman. Alternatively, luggage may also be left in our office.. To ensure a return seat, please advise your driver of your return time. Minimum age is 5 years as our vehicles require seatbelts.. Ensure you know your pickup location or call to confirm same. We pickup 15 minutes prior to departure time.

City Tour with knowledgeable local guide, this tour is designed to showcase key spots of Victoria . Hotel pickup downtown Victoria NOT ALL, or convenient location on route. Not Air B&B. Local guide will share the history of the gardens on route, and tips on how to best use your time in the gardens. 10am (6pm start June) City Tour followed by Gardens 1pm (June start)Gardens first then City Tour. 3 PICTURE HOP OUT OPPORTUNITIES DURING CITY TOUR PORTION. Our first departure point is the Hotel Grand Pacific. You must be ready 15 minutes prior to departure time at all pickup locations.

Walk outside terminal to street. Turn right. Down the street on left is little motel: Surf Motel. We will meet here. Please do not inquire at this motel they will have no information. Must be here 15 minutes prior to departure time. This is a scheduled tour. We depart promptly on time.
