Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness. All passengers 18 years and above must present either one piece of valid government issued photo identification, or two pieces of government-issued identification without a photograph. Passengers must arrive at the terminal at least 40 minutes before the scheduled departure time, and be fully checked-in 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time.. Passengers not checked-in before the check-in cutoff times will not be able to board their scheduled flight and will not be refunded their fare.. Baggage allowance: 20 lbs. Guaranteed. Additional standby baggage is space available with a charge. Baggage weight allowance includes all baggage, including purses.

The seaplane terminal is located at Burrard Landing in Coal Harbour, right along Vancouver’s iconic seawall. Parking is available at 1095 W Waterfront Rd, Vancouver, BC.
Check in 40 minutes prior to departure at the front counter
The terminal is on the ground level, between Black Sheep Books and Steffich Fine Arts. Guests boarding at Ganges are required to check-in at the terminal 40 minutes prior to departure. While flights depart/arrive via the Ganges Seaplane Dock, please note that check-in at the dock is not permitted.
