Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries. Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health. Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness. Dress code is according to the weather; please check the current reports, dress in layers, and bring a rain jacket.. Hiking shoes or boots are required.. We follow Parks Canada trail ratings, which rate the difficulty of any trail as relative to other hiking trails in the park. Thus a trail rated as 'easy' means it is easy relative to other trails. This does not mean that all hikers will find it 'easy'. Similar to how a ski resort will rate its ski runs, and 'easy' ski run will not be seen as 'easy' by all skiers.
