St. Herman's Blue Hole National Park is located on the Hummingbird Highway 12 miles from our beautiful Capital Belmopan. Blue Hole National Park covers over 500 acres of dense tropical rain forest and some of the birds we see are: White Hawk, White Neck Jacobin, Black Cheeked Woodpecker, Royal Flycatcher, Salty-Tail Trogon, Dot Winged, Antwren, White Necked Puff bird, Blue Ground Dove, Golden Hooded Tanager, Crimson Collared Tanager, Spot Breasted Wren and Wedge Billed Woodpecker.
Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries. Not recommended for pregnant travelers. Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
