Our company is the only one using comfortable top-quality packable kayaks which makes the tour unique and enjoyable. You will kayak the entire 7 miles of cave system starting from the Hummingbird Highway and exiting at Nohoch Che'en Archeological Reserve, enjoy the sounds of wildlife as you kayak from darkness into open lush jungle and enter back into Xibalba on amazing turquoise waters and towering cave entrances!
Public transportation options are available nearby. Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health. Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness. Weight Limit is 295 Pounds/ 133.8 Kg. For the most part of this tour, we are inside caves, so it is not recommended for those who are very claustrophobic and don't do well in enclosed spaces.
Lookout for Elsa's Kitchen on the right or left side of the highway, depending where you are coming from. From there, take that entrance into the village and drive straight for about 5 mins until you see a fenced building on the left with our sign "Going Coastal Adventures."
This meeting point can be used if you are staying at Jaguar Creek Lodge, Ian Anderson's Cave Branch Jungle Lodge, or The Rainforest Lodge at Sleeping Giant. The parking lot will be on your left if you are driving from any of those hotels.
