The Concierge at the Hilton Copacabana Hotel can offer customer support.
Airport/Hotel Transfer: The shared transfer between the airport and the hotel must be scheduled with our customer service team. The service is available for use from February to March 2025. Be sure to schedule in advance to secure your transportation.
Hotel/Sambadrome Transfer: The credential for access to round-trip transportation to the Sambadrome must be picked up in person at the meeting point by the purchaser. The exact time and date for pickup will be confirmed closer to the event date. The outbound transport to the Sambadrome will have departures at three times: the first, approximately between 6:00 PM and 6:30 PM; the second, from 8:00 PM to 8:30 PM; and the third, from 10:00 PM to 10:30 PM, depending on the originating hotel. The pickup time from your hotel must be coordinated with our customer service team. Please contact our team for updates and assistance.
Transfer Rio Express Tour: The Rio Express tour must be scheduled with our customer service team. Morning departures are determined based on the pickup location at your hotel. The experience will be available from February to March 2025. Please provide your hotel name so we can schedule your pickup time. We service major hotels in the South Zone (Copacabana, Ipanema, Leme, and Leblon). If your hotel is not on the list, we will inform you of the nearest pickup location.
