What To Expect
Experience the Rio Carnival from a prime spot at the Sambadrome, guided by an expert dedicated to ensuring your safety and enjoyment throughout the night.
Enjoy exclusive access to one of the best camarotes — elevated private boxes that offer privileged views just meters from the parade. In this space, you'll have access to a range of amenities, including a Food Court, Self-service Beers, Premium Spirits, a Beauty Center, and a Relaxation Space and live shows.
We take care of all the logistics, from hotel pick-up to transport to the venue, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the festivities.
Pick-up times are generally between 19:00 and 20:00, with exact times confirmed the day before the parade.
The parades begin at 21:30 and last approximately 5 to 6 hours, with hotel pick-up scheduled around 7:00 p.m or so. For your convenience, there are two return options: an early pick-up at 1:30 a.m. after the second parade or a final pick-up around 5:00 a.m. when the event concludes.

Our tickets should be for a high level box with a privileged views of the presentation.

PICK-UP INFORMATION:
Pick-up and drop-off locations are considered within the city of Rio de Janeiro and its surrounding areas.
Tourist Pick-ups – Starting Point:
We will arrange pick-up for each tourist at their specified location within the city limits at the time of booking.
For tourists staying close to each other in central Rio, our guide will pick them up sequentially.
If a tourist's location is outside our planned pick-up route, we will dispatch a dedicated driver and vehicle to bring them to join the group.
Pick-up times will be approximately between 19:00 and 20:00. We will contact each tourist the day before the parade to confirm the exact pick-up time.
The parades start at 21:30.
P.S. The times are not completely finalized yet. We will confirm the exact schedule closer to the parade dates when we finalize the arrangements.
Midway Pick-up at 1:00 a.m. – Optional Departure:
After the second parade, around 1:00 a.m., our driver will be available to take anyone who is tired and wishes to leave earlier back to their hotel(s).
Final Pick-up at 4:00 a.m. – End of Event:
The last samba school finishes around 5:00 a.m. At the end of the event, our driver will be waiting to safely transport those who stayed until the end back to their accommodations.
Your guide will be with you throughout the entire experience, providing assistance and explanations until the very end.
