What To Expect
The Telegraph Rock has attracted the attention of many hikers from around the world. The rock is far from the central area of the city, located in the State Park of the White Rock. The transfer service will take you to the State Park to start the hike.
It is a moderate hike and a little steep in the beginning. The tour guide will assist you along the way. From up there we have a spectacular view of the Restinga da Marambaia, the Selvagem Beach and the Gávea Rock.
The highlight is Bigorna Rock. You may sit on the rock to take a picture that gives the impression that you are hanging from the edge of it. Everyone will believe that you took a risk taking that picture.

Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap. Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries. Not recommended for pregnant travelers. Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health. Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness. Not recommended for young children.. Comfortable clothing and walking shoes are recommended for this tour.. Bring sunblock, snacks and bottle of water.. This tour/activity will have a maximum of 19 travelers per Minivan.. Meeting Point
If you do not provide us the pickup location at the time of booking and you do not inform us about it later, we will assume you will meet us at the Meeting Point at the Front Desk of the Rio Othon Palace (Avenida Atlântica, 3264 - Copacabana).
Pickup is available from most hotels in the areas of Leblon, Ipanema, Copacabana, Flamengo and Downtown (Centro). Contact us back to adjust the pickup time.
