We will take a walk through the city while we talk about the people of La Paz, the sociocultural context, the Aymara culture, customs and the process of consolidation of the chola (women in skirts) as a symbol of identity. We will move to the Las Velas food space, where the cholas prepare anticuchos (beef heart grill) until dawn. Then we will use private transportation to continue by Teleférico (cable car) to the city of El Alto, where we will try a typical linaza drink (boiled infusion of linseed seeds). Once again we will go by cable car to a quieter neighborhood (Sopocachi) and walk to one of the best viewpoints in La Paz, where we will drink El Inca bicervecina (national drink made from barley), we will toast with the Pachamama (traditional ritual of respect to this Andean deity), we will take photographs with the landscape of the La Paz night and we will have a talk on national literature and we will listen to a sample of Bolivian music
