Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller. Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap. Specialized infant seats are available. Suitable for all physical fitness levels. May be operated by a multi-lingual guide. The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions. Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable. Your hotel name and flight details need to be provided for your Shared Shuttle Service. If information is not provided at the time of booking please contact supplier directly to provide this information. The supplier contact details will be on your voucher.. Meeting Point

Arrival information:
After passing through passport control, collect your baggage and proceed through customs. Then proceed directly to the EXIT, where, immediately outside the door, a representative will be awaiting you.
The representative will be wearing a blue uniform with the EL Tours logo on it.
The representative will also be holding a sign with the EL Tours logo on it.
Once you have identified yourself to the representative you will be escorted to your transfer vehicle.

Departure information:
During your vacation please contact EL Tours at least 24 hours prior to departure in order to reconfirm your departure transfer and pick up time at the hotel.
We ask all guests to please plan to be at the lobby of your hotel at least fifteen minutes before transfer pick up time.
When your transfer vehicle arrives at the hotel please identify yourself to the driver who will be wearing a blue EL Tours uniform.
