Important info
Not recommended for pregnant travelers. Service animals allowed. Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries. Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health. Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness. Min age for riding on a horse: 5 years. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Max weight: 250 lbs. A minimum of 2 people per booking is required. It is recommended long pants and closed-toe shoes . Final confirmation will be received within 12 hours, subject to availability and activity compliance. Not recommended for pregnant women. Horseback riding involves real, living, and moving horses. Pickup is 15-45 minutes before the scheduled tour, based on location. Cruise ship passengers must provide ship name and docking times when booking. No alcohol/drug-affected guests allowed on tour. Not recommended for luxury seekers. Not recommended for overly anxious guests

Drive to the end of the street and you will find a dirt road to the ranch.
Guests who need pick up but are not staying at a resort, please send us your location by email or WhatsApp at least 24 hours in advance. We cannot guarantee pick up service made less than 24 hours in advance.
