You'll enjoy 360-Degree-Cinema, Virtual Reality (2D and 3D), a fascinating Interpretation of the Koombana Bay dolphins, their environment, and history – geological, indigenous, marine and contemporary.It is an immersive experience, with activity centres, interactive displays, feeding programs (4 times daily) and tours that appeal to all age groups. The aquariums feature the marine plants and animals of local temperate zone. The centre provides a unique experience that uses embedded technology along with natural displays to create a memorable experience.The Dolphin Discovery Centre works with the wild bottlenose dolphins of Koombana Bay and is dedicated to conservation, research, and education. The centre is not a profit organisation and thrives on the generosity of about 100 volunteers. There are no dolphins in aquariums or ocean pens. If you're lucky, dolphins might choose to visit the Interaction Zone outside the centre. It's a great opportunity to see wild dolphins in their natural environment.
