Your forest therapy guide will take you on a journey to connect with your inner and outer nature through mindfulness, sensory exploration and slow movement.
The group will gather in the parklands at Kings Park, one of the world’s largest and most beautiful inner-city parks.
We will commence with some gentle movement to prepare for a slow and gentle walk.
Along the trail, your guide will offer you opportunities to experience a deeper connection with self and nature through a series of complimentary activities.
Allowing you time to be still, to notice and to listen.
The forest therapy experience will conclude with a tea ceremony.
Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller. Service animals allowed. Public transportation options are available nearby. Suitable for all physical fitness levels
Meet on the grassed area next to the Kings Park Poolgarla Parkland sign which is located near the entrance to the café. Look out for the Mindful in Nature sign.
