What To Expect
Tannin Road tours are a thoughtful curation of premium award winning venues, with quality and professionalism at the heart of everything we do. We pair exceptional wine with unique and intimate cellar door experiences, showcasing the BEST that Margaret River has to offer.
Your tour includes a delicious lunch at an iconic local brewery, with options to suit all tastes and dietary requirements.
We pick you up from your accommodation in our spacious, air-conditioned vehicle. Pick-up times are from 10:30am and we aim to have you home by approx. 5:30pm. We will notify you of your exact pick up time by text message by 4pm the day prior to your tour departure.

Before joining our tour, please take the time to read the full terms and conditions of your booking here: www.tanninroad.com.au/terms-conditions. By booking a tour, participants agree to abide by these conditions, as well as the summary terms below:
- We pick up from your accommodation in Busselton, Dunsborough, Yallingup, Margaret River and surrounding areas.
- During your tour, you will visit three to four wineries and one brewery for lunch. One main meal for lunch is also included. Additional stops may be added if time permits, including opportunities to sample local produce or visit natural sites.
- Tastings at most wineries are free with any bottle of wine purchased. Whilst there is no obligation to purchase, if no purchase is made, the cellar door may charge you a nominal tasting fee of $5-$20 to meet their costs of giving you an intimate, premium tasting experience. Some tasting fees are included in the cost of your tour (about half, sometimes more) and some will need to be paid by you directly to the cellar door on the day of the tour. We recommend that you budget to pay $10-$20 in tasting fees if you do not purchase any wine. Your tour guide will advise you in advance when tasting fees apply.
- The venues we visit on our tours are determined based on a number of factors, including venue availability, weather, geographical location of participants and general interests of the group. We reserve the right to visit places that are different those shown in our sample itineraries and on our website without notice.
- Tour duration is approximately 6 hours, plus pick up and drop off time which varies from tour to tour. Please allow up to 7.5 hours to be safe and let your driver know if you have any time restrictions.
- Dietary requirements, accessibility needs or other special requests must be advised no less than 7 days before your tour. If you have dietary restrictions or food allergies, it is your responsibility to re-confirm this directly with the restaurant upon your arrival at the venue.
- We will reach out to you again the day before your scheduled tour date to share some of the finer details, including pick-up times and your tour guide's contact details. If you do not receive your pickup information by 4pm on the day prior to your tour, please call us on +61 428 179 729.
