~ Domestic Terminal Arrivals: We will meet you at the luggage collection on arrival and we normally get there about 15 mins after the flight lands. We will have a sign with your name on it.
~ International Terminal Arrivals: We will meet you in the arrival hall and we normally get there about 20 mins after the flight lands. We will have a sign with your name on it.
~ Sea Port/Wharf & Train Station Arrivals: please contact our office the day prior for instructions.
~ Hotel Departures: We will meet you at the hotel reception/lobby 5 mins prior to departure.
