The City Route runs daily from 09:30 to 17:00, its frequency is 20 to 30 minutes, and the duration is about 1 hour and 50 minutes. The Palace Route runs daily from 09:45 to 17:15, its frequency is 20 to 30 minutes, and the duration is about 1 hour and 50 minutes
The 48-hour ticket options include a 90-minute walking tour that departs daily at 11:30 from stop #1
With the 48-hour hop-on hop-off tour + Cruise + Walking tour ticket option, you can choose between a cruise along the Danube Canal or Danube River (season depending) or a ride on the Giant Ferris Wheel
Cruises last between 1.5 and 2 hours. Before you board the cruise, you must redeem your ticket at the DDSG River Cruise Office to receive your river cruise ticket. If you choose the Giant Ferris Wheel ride instead, present your ticket at the Wiener Riesenrad during opening hours
All tickets include a code for a free walking tour download from the Vox POPGuide App. Your download code will be supplied on the printed ticket receipt you get when you redeem your ticket with the on-street staff. For departure location and updated times of the river cruise (only included in the 48-hour + cruise + walking tour ticket option), please check the link you will find in the voucher after booking. To onboard the cruise, please redeem your ticket at DDSG Blue Danube Schiffahrt GmbH, Handelskai 265; if you choose the Ferris Wheel instead, please redeem your ticket at Riesenradplatz 1, during opening hours.
