Pick-up from hotels in El Calafate is included at 6:30 am. Passengers must be at the lobby at least 5 minutes before their pick-up time. If your hotel is NOT listed, please provide your hotel name when booking in the 'Special Requirements' box.
If you are staying in an Airbnb or private residence, please let us know so we can estimate if it is within our transfer service range. You must provide us with a mobile phone number to be in contact in case of need.
IMPORTANT: The maximum time the company will wait for the passenger is 5 minutes. Pick-up not included on hotels located in the outskirts of the city, such as ‘El Galpon del Glaciar’, ‘Eolo’, etc. In this case, the traveller must pay an extra cost for the transfer to the city centre.
