During this fun and interactive cooking class from a beef expert, learn to cook five different cuts of beef as well as empanadas. This is an immersive culinary experience that gives you a deep understanding and appreciation of Argentinian asado and steak, which both hold deep cultural significance. A beef sommelier, Pablo is incredibly passionate about sharing his love for beef with guests from around the world. Pablo's grandfather was a grill master and he is keen to keep the tradition alive. A Buenos Aires native, Pablo worked in finance in multinational companies for over 30 years but took a beef sommelier course at the University of Buenos Aires in 2019 and hasn't turned back. Pablo enjoys meeting people and sharing the food and culture of his city with guests from around the world.
Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller. Service animals allowed. Public transportation options are available nearby. Menu may vary depending on the season. Pablo can take up to four guests in his car. If there are 5 or 6 guests, the additional guests would need to find their own way to his home.
