What To Expect
Explore with us the city of “one above the other windows", also home to a UNESCO heritage site. Driver will pick you up from Durres and you will meet a local guide in Berat, who will do a walking tour and show you the best areas of the city. Learn about the history, while enjoying the picturesque city and its unique architecture.
The Castle of Berat is the highlight of our tour, a massive fortress that dates back to the 4th century BC, which offers stunning views and home to several churches, museums, and galleries. The tour includes entrance to the Museum of Iconography Onufri.
The day cannot be complete without some free time (self-guided) to go around the neighbourhoods, have a traditional lunch to recommended restaurants and buy some local souvenirs.
