From there, you can go onto the elevator, complete with a floor-to-ceiling digital sea, sand, and sky experience that will take you to the observatory at the top of The Palm Tower within 45 seconds. With this ticket, you can enjoy the view from not only level 52 but also 54.Finally, once you have ascended from Dubai's skyline, feel free to refuel at The View café or browse the gift shop at the Nakheel Mall Rooftop.
