What To Expect

In this combo ticket, visit two of the most iconic sites in Dubai, Burj Khalifa, and the Sky Views Observatory at Hotel Address with two options available: At The Top Sky + Sky Views ticket and At The Top + Sky Views ticket.Burj Khalifa certainly needs no introduction. With the first combo ticket, At The Top Sky, you will visit the world’s highest observation deck with an outdoor terrace at Level 148 of Burj Khalifa (555 meters). After that, you will be escorted by a guest ambassador to the SKY lounge for complimentary refreshments. On the other hand, if you select the second combo ticket, At The Top, you can go to levels 125 and 124 where you can enjoy the spectacular view of Dubai's skyline.The next part of the combo is the Sky View observatory which sits at 219.5 meters above Dubai with a stunning 25m-long glass floor. Adjacent to the Dubai Metro and the public walkway system and situated at the junction near Sheikh Zayed Road and The Dubai Mall, it's a conveniently accessible landmark. Once you're up there, enjoy the breathtaking views of the Burj Khalifa, the city, and admire through a panoramic elevator with glass on 3 sides, and the Panorama 52 restaurant. Sky View offers unique adrenaline-raising experiences introduced for the first time in the region, including an outdoor glass slide propelling visitors from level 53 at 219.5 m to level 52 at 215.5 m while enclosed in a transparent glass tube.

To redeem your selected Burj Khalifa ticket please proceed to At the Top ticketing counter, located on the LG floor of Dubai Mall and enter as per your booking date & time
After proceed to the Sky Views Observatory (through The Address Sky View Tower 1, entry point next to resident entrance). You can also access through the Dubai Metro going to The Dubai Mall exit next to Marina Pharmacy
One Sky View general admission includes an entrance to the Sky View Observatory. The glass slide can be purchased separately at the counter or atlevel 53 at AED 25. To go on the glass slide, the participant's height must be between 120 cm and 200 cm, and weight between 30 and 150 kg. Minors under 18 years require the consent of their parent/s in person
Sky View working hours is from 10.00am – 10.00pm (last admission at 9.00pm)
Please wear modest and comfortable clothing (no loose dresses, skirts, flip flops, loose footwear, or long and loose scarves)
