Time slots are in place to ensure safety, avoid long queues and allow social distancing.. We expect the entire visitor experience will take approximately 1.5 hours. Specially trained staff will escort small groups of visitors through the tour. In the Experience Suite, the Boutique, the Photo Lounge and UMA visitors can move at their own pace so some timings may vary. UMA Lounge is an outside cafe on the ground level of Burj Al Arab.If any Beverages package selected, guest have to continue to UMA Lounge after the Inside Burj Al Arab Tour.. 01 way private transfer from Dubai hotels to Burj Al Arab is included. The Hotel pickup is only available from hotels in Dubai - Deira / Bur Dubai / Downtown / Al Barsha / Marina / Jumeirah / Palm Jumeirah area..
