Arrival Transfers: Your driver will be readily available at the exit gate, holding a sign with your name.
Please note: The driver will wait for up to 01:00 hour and 20 minutes from your actual flight landing time for arrival transfers. If you anticipate a delay, kindly contact the local operator or the Desert voyagers Tourism hotline to keep them informed. In the event of non-contact after the waiting period, it will be deemed a 'no show,' and no refund will be issued.
Departure Transfers: Be at the hotel lobby 10 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time.
Additionally: For departure transfers, the driver allows a 15-minute grace period from the scheduled pick-up time. If you foresee a delay, promptly notify the local operator or the Desert Voyagers Tourism hotline. Failure to establish contact after the designated waiting period will be treated as a 'no show,' resulting in no refund.
